Our unique ability to gently "lift" the "permanent sealer" along with the years of buildup of various residues allows us to present a surface ready for a new sealant and finish specification.

Our removal is so complete the floor has to be treated like a brand new floor and protected immediately. This beautiful terrazzo and marble floor was covered with glue and mastics from carpet and VCT tiles installed over the years. The SRS mastic removal system was used to get to the floor surface. This left the deep brown stain imparted by the mastic as seen in the photo. The terrazzo restoration process brought it back to new. |
